This one is too long and just not all that catchy.

What about "rooted in Him"? Tell me what you decide, and I can help you design a header! I've become a semi-pro at blog design! :)

I like the idea of "rooted in Him" but it just doesn't fully capture the essence of me... haha

And as for the whole pledge master thing, I wish I could employ that mindset with my students. Unfortunately, the law forbids me from doing so. Haha...
How about something with "pneuma" or "ruah" (the Greek and Hebrew words for Spirit). Not very eloquent, but I prefer ancient to eloquent anyway!
How about "Seeking Simplicity"? That's kind of your thing right now.

Isn't it ironic that you're spending so much time thinking about a blog title with the word "simplicity" in it?
How about "Ironic Simplicity"? Or "The Irony of Simplicity"
